Method of preparation :
Rinse the mint stalks with cold water, then separate only the leaves. Clean and wash the fruit.
Mix the prepared products in the bowl of a blender or food processor, add the yoghurt and beat, turning on the appliance at full power. When a homogeneous mixture is obtained, distribute it in suitable glass cups, decorate with mint leaves, fruits and enjoy the smoothie.
