Necessary products for two servings:

 

  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 carrot, finely grated
  • 2 soft tomatoes
  • 150 grams of chopped mushrooms
  • 100 grams of chopped bacon or bacon salami
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh parsley

 

Method of preparation:


Heat the butter in a deep frying pan and fry the chopped mushrooms and onions. Peel the peppers and add them. Add carrot and finely chopped tomatoes.

Season with salt, pepper and add the chopped sausage. Stew for 5 minutes, beat the eggs and stir.

Cook until fried and optionally add grated cheese. Cool, sprinkle portions and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
