Learn how to cook "Mistakes we make in the kitchen - Part Three". Delicious recipe.
It is not new that there is always more to learn in every area of life. Cooking is no exception, so we continue to give you practical advice regarding the preparation and storage of products to enjoy delicious and useful results.
In the third part of our selection of benefits we will tell you which foods should and should not be stored in the refrigerator. You will also learn how to use the rest of the wine and why turkey fillet is dry.
Proper storage of products is also part of the culinary art. It may seem strange, but when it comes to honey, spices and bread, most people make the mistake of not putting them in the fridge, because in a dark and cool place they retain their properties best. The opposite is true for bananas and tomatoes - they lose their appearance and aroma if you keep them in the refrigerator.
The rest of the wine in an already opened bottle weathers, loses its aroma and is usually not drinkable. But that doesn't mean you have to throw it away. On the contrary - cook the meat with it. If you have leftover red wine, cook beef. If the wine is white - it is suitable for chicken. And the cider is perfect for pork.
In fact, this is not the case. Turkey is rich in protein, not greasy, but not dry. Improper cooking makes it so.
The fillet does not need prolonged heat treatment: 7 minutes in a pan and 15 in the oven. The meat is removed from the heat, even if it still looks unbaked.
