Necessary products:

 

  • 2 tea cups and a half red beans
  • 2 crushed hot peppers
  • 200 grams of fried minced meat
  • 4 marinated red and green peppers
  • 200 grams of lyutenitsa
  • one head of red onion
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh parsley, a few stalks
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 50 grams of canned corn (optional)
  • 2 pickles, finely chopped

 

Method of preparation:

 

Soak the beans in water in the evening, boil it in the morning, strain and cool. Pour it into a bowl and add the finely chopped onion, parsley, pickles, peppers, chili and corn. Season with spices, garlic, add the lyutenitsa and minced meat. Stir in the salad, cool and serve cold.
