Necessary products:

 

  • 4 proteins
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 3 tablespoons carbonated water
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon liquid dark chocolate
  • caramel glaze syrup
  • 150 grams of unsalted peanuts

 

Method of preparation:


Beat the egg whites with the sugar, in another bowl mix the flour, baking powder, yogurt, cocoa, liquid chocolate.

Beat the yolks with the oil, pour the sparkling water and combine the three mixtures. Stir until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

Pour the dough into a greased round form and bake at 170 degrees until done. Cool, spread with caramel, sprinkle with peanuts, cut into pieces, serve and enjoy.
