Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of corn flour
  • 100 grams of white flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 10 grams of dry bread yeast
  • 100 milliliters of warm water

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, yeast and gradually pour warm water. Stir with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass. Divide the dough into balls and roll them out on a floured surface.

Cut circles (5 cm in diameter), arrange them in a plate, cover and wait for them to rise. Do the same for the others.

 

Heat a baking sheet or pan and bake the loaves on both sides until golden. Serve immediately and enjoy.
