Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of minced lamb
  • 4-5 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 head old onion
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 soft tomato, peeled and diced
  • salt, pepper, cumin
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1-2 stalks of fresh mint
  • 2 teaspoons broth
  • frying oil

 

for topping

 

  • 400 grams of yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions. Add the minced meat and season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Stir and chop the minced meat with a wire whisk.

Add the savory and chopped mint and mint. Put the potatoes, carrots, garlic, tomatoes, stir and pour the mixture into a pan. Pour the broth and bake the dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the liquid is reduced.
