Necessary products:

  • 250 grams of ricotta cheese
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon cognac
  • fig jam
  • grapes
  • biscuits

Method of preparation:

Break the biscuits into pieces and place them on the bottom of several dessert bowls or cups.

  

Mash the cheese, mixing it with honey, stir until smooth. If desired, you can add a little grated orange or lemon peel.

 

Spread the cheese on the biscuits, on top - the quartered walnuts. Heat the fig jam slightly together with the cognac and pour the cheese over the mixture. Garnish with grapes and biscuits.
