Necessary products:

 

  • 125 grams of white chocolate couverture
  • 250 grams of whipping cream
  • 1 larger mango
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

 

Method of preparation:


Peel a squash, grate it and mix it with the sugar. Mix well and set aside. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add half the cream.

Beat the rest, combine the two mixtures and cool. Pour the fruit mixture and chocolate with the cream into dessert cups. Cool for an hour and serve the mousses garnished with chopped mango or grated orange peel.
