Add the eggs to the minced meat, add the breadcrumbs, spices and mix well.
Form round meatballs.
Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
Put a piece of mozzarella in each meatball, which you close with the minced meat, forming balls again.
Arrange them in a pan or other suitable dish and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until a yellow crust forms.
Finely chop the onion, carrot and garlic, fry them until golden and add the tomatoes. Stew everything for 10 minutes.
Remove the meatballs from the oven.
Drizzle with the sauce.
Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and return to the oven for another 40-45 minutes.
The dish is ready.
