How To Cook Muffin Cakes With Cream Cheese And Salted Caramel - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

for the base

 

  • 2 and 1/4 tea cups biscuits (wholemeal)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

 

for cheesecakes

 

  • 440 grams of cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 tea cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • pinch of salt

 

for the glaze

 

  • 150-200 grams of salted caramel plate 
  • left cashier

 

Method of preparation:

 

Add the crushed biscuits, brown sugar and melted butter to the food processor jug. Beat several times until you grind the products and with the help of a spoon spread the mixture on the bottom of muffin tins.

 

Add cream cheese, sugar, cream, eggs, flour, a pinch of salt and beat until smooth. Put about 2 or 3 tablespoons of cream in each cup. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

 

Cool the cupcakes and melt the salted caramel in a water bath or microwave. Glaze each cheesecake with it and sprinkle with a little kosher salt. Cool, arrange on a plate and serve immediately.
