Learn how to cook "Muffins in a basket of bread with bacon, eggs and cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 50 grams of bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 6 slices of fresh white bread
  • 2 medium-sized eggs
  • 2/3 tea cup of fresh milk
  • 1/3 tea cup grated yellow cheese
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lubricating oil

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a small saucepan over high heat.
  • Saute onion and bacon for about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  • Cut circles from slices of bread or just remove the crust. Roll lightly with a rolling pin.
  • Grease the muffin tin with oil and put one slice of bread in 6 of the nests.
  • Bake in the oven for about 3 minutes and remove. The bread just needs to dry, not toast.
  • In a small bowl, lightly beat the eggs and add the milk and parsley. Stir and season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the bacon and onion in the bread baskets and sprinkle with the grated yellow cheese.
  • Pour evenly with the egg mixture and quickly put the form in the oven. Otherwise, the egg will soak into the bread.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Wait 5 minutes before removing the baskets and serving, sprinkled with fresh parsley.

Enjoy your meal!
