Required products :

150 grams of butter
2 eggs (at room temperature)
6 "bouquets" of broccoli
150 grams of flour
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
40 grams of cheddar cheese
25 grams of sugar
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Blanch the broccoli (no more than 3 minutes in boiling water), then remove with a slotted spoon and place a pre-prepared dish with cold water and ice cubes for 10-15 minutes.
Beat the butter (at room temperature) with a mixer, add the sugar and continue beating until a fluffy mixture is obtained. Then put the eggs one by one, stirring again.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients and combine the two mixtures, add the grated cheese.
Grease muffin tins and put a tablespoon of the dough in each. Then put 1 "bouquet" of broccoli, which you have previously dried.
Press lightly to sink a little and on it again 1 tablespoon of dough (it will be thick and stretchy, so spread it on the broccoli to cover their surface).
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven to 170-180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes (until golden brown).

Enjoy your meal!
