Making these muffins with icing will take you only 40 minutes , and as a result you will have a wonderful dessert for the whole family. The ingredients are for 10 muffins . 

 

Necessary products

  • 300 grams of natural chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 300 grams of cream
  • 200 grams of brown Muscovado sugar
  • 200 grams of self-swelling flour
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa
  • 150 milliliters of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

 

Method of preparation

Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees. Prepare the muffin tray and place paper cups in it. Break the chocolate into small pieces using a food processor. 

In a large bowl, pour the flour, sugar, cocoa, oil and vanilla. Beat the eggs. Add 100 grams of cream and 100 milliliters of water. Beat everything with a mixer until a thick homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add 100 grams of chocolate pieces to it and stir.

Distribute the mixture in the muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven. You can check with a toothpick if the muffins are ready.

To make the glaze, mix the remaining natural chocolate and cream. Add to them 3 tablespoons of sugar. Heat the mixture on the hob until the chocolate is melted. Stir constantly. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Put the finished glaze on each of the muffins. Enjoy!
