Necessary products:
- 180 grams of soft butter
- 250 grams of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 5 grams of vanilla
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 15 grams of baking powder
- 3 teaspoons flour
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons sour cream
- 2 teaspoons of butter
- 100 grams of sugar for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and grease the tins.
In a bowl, mix the sugar and butter, beat until fluffy cream and add the flour, baking soda, sour cream, eggs, vanilla and baking powder. Beat at low speed until smooth.
Pour a spoonful of the mixture into each form. In a bowl, mix the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle.
Continue in the same order, finishing with the aromatic spices and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool and serve the muffins with a hot drink of your choice.
