Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and line the forms with cupcake paper. In a bowl, mix the sugar with the butter, add the eggs, vanilla and beat until fluffy. Mix the flour with the leavening agents, salt and milk. Mix the two mixtures and mix until homogeneous.
Distribute one tablespoon in the forms, put a piece of white chocolate and press it lightly with your fingers. Bake the muffins for 25-30 minutes, cool and set aside. Put the butter, powdered sugar and liquid vanilla in a bowl. Beat the mixture with a mixer and divide it into three parts. Color the second with blueberry jam or syrup, and the third with green food coloring and stir.
Put the ordinary butter cream in a kitchen bag and form roses on each cupcake. Fill a syringe with the pink mixture and decorate the colors at each end. With the green cream, form petals on all sides and arrange the muffins on a plate. Cool, remove just before serving and serve.
