Required products :
2 nara
1 orange
peel of 1/2 orange
1 cinnamon stick
grated nutmeg on the tip of a knife
2 - 3 teaspoons of honey
Method of preparation :
Separate the pomegranate seeds from the peel. Boil the bark in 1 liter of boiling water for 5 - 10 minutes. Squeeze the juice from the beans and pour it into the water. Add the sliced orange, spices and 1/2 of the citrus peel. Put everything on low heat and when the drink is heated to 60 degrees, remove from the heat. Strain and add honey. Pour the mulled wine into tall hot cups to cool slowly.
