Required products :

700 milliliters of red wine

5 prunes

5 dried pitted apricots

1 lemon

100 milliliters of cognac

cloves - to taste

cinnamon sticks - to taste

sugar and honey to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the lemon into two pieces and drive the cloves inside each. Put the fruit in a saucepan, add the cinnamon. Cut the dried fruits into pieces and pour them into the container in which you will prepare the drink. Pour the wine and a little sugar. Put on the stove and wait until the mixture boils, but it is not necessary to boil. Then add honey and pour cognac (you can use vodka instead of cognac). Close the pot with a lid and wait about 30 minutes to absorb the flavors and aromas, then pour into suitable cups and serve.

If desired, strain and warm the drink before serving.
