How To Cook Mulled Wine With Ginger, Honey And Cinnamon - Recipe

Required products :

10 grams of cinnamon

10 grams of cloves

20 grams of lemon or orange peel

10 grams of anise

20 grams of honey

10 grams of ginger

1 liter of dry red wine (maybe semi-dry) with 7% alcohol

rum or cognac - optional

Method of preparation :

Pour the wine into a suitable container (if desired, add a little rum or cognac). Add the spices and heat (temperature to 70 degrees), stirring occasionally. Do not allow the wine to boil. Once heated enough, leave the drink for half an hour so that it can absorb the aromas of the spices. Then strain, pour into suitable cups and serve.
