Required products :
500 grams of flour
250 grams of butter
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon milk
20 grams of yeast
Method of preparation :
Mix the butter with half of the flour, shape into a cube and leave to cool for 20 minutes.
Add the yolks and the milk in which you have dissolved the sugar and yeast to the rest of the flour. Knead a stiff dough.
Roll it out. The layer should be about 5 millimeters thick. You can grease with oil / butter and then fold.
