Melt the chocolate in color (colored drops and white) and in a large tray lined with parchment paper, make piles of each.
Pass a stick through them several times to mix and make them colorful. If the color is too dark somewhere, add more white chocolate.
Finally, sprinkle with the sugar garnish and refrigerate for at least 25 minutes to harden the chocolate.
Then break into pieces that you can use for various decorations of drinks, cakes or muffins.
Store in a box at room temperature for up to 2-3 weeks (if it is too warm, you can store it in the refrigerator).
* If you can't find colored chocolate drops, you can use confectionery paint to color white chocolate in appropriate colors. In this case, increase the amount of chocolate.
