Required products :
3-4 potatoes
50 grams of carrots
50 grams of white cabbage
50 grams of green beans
50 grams of fresh mushrooms
1 protein
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon sodium glutamate
150 milliliters oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
parsley or other green spices of your choice and to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes, cook until fully cooked, and mash until smooth. Boil the mushrooms as well, drain the water with a colander and chop finely.
Peel the carrots, cabbage, green beans, cut them into thin straws, and pour into a bowl with boiling water for a while. They must be semi-finished.
Mix the products prepared in this way, add to them the protein, salt, and ground black pepper to taste, monosodium glutamate and the starch, which you have previously dissolved in a little water.
Mix everything and from the resulting mixture form balls the size of a walnut.
Fry them in hot oil until golden.
Garnish with pieces of vegetables and serve.
