Learn how to cook "Multi-layered pizza with sausages, mushrooms and corn". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For the dough:

500 grams of flour
250 milliliters of warm water
7 grams of dry yeast
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons oil

For the stuffing:

300 milliliters of tomato sauce
250 grams of ham
170 grams of sausage of your choice
200 grams of canned mushrooms
200 grams of canned corn
520 grams of yellow cheese
1 onion

Method of preparation :

Dissolve honey and yeast in warm water. Stir and allow the mixture to swell.

Add salt, oil and yeast to the flour. Stir and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and let stand for 20 minutes.

Cut onions into straws, ham into small cubes, sausage into circles, mushrooms into tiles. Drain the liquid from the canned corn, grate the yellow cheese.

Divide the finished dough into 5 equal parts.

Roll out round loaves from each and give a flat regular shape using a suitable dish (use the one in which you will cook the pizza).

Bake 4 of them in a preheated 200-degree oven for about 8-10 minutes each.

Divide the fifth part in two and roll out into rectangles.

Take a detachable baking tin and "dress" its walls with it, as part of the dough to go out of the pan.

Cover the bottom with one baked loaf and combine it with the dough on the walls. Spread the base with 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

Then spread half of the ham, half of the corn, the same amount of onion and sprinkle with 1/4 of the grated yellow cheese.

Put the second loaf, spread it with tomato sauce, spread half of the sausage and all the mushrooms.

Sprinkle with 1/4 of the cheese. Next: breadcrumbs, the remaining amounts of ham, corn and onions, add 1/4 of the cheese.

The last row is of breadcrumbs, covered with sauce, the remaining pieces of sausage and cheese.

Turn the dough, which comes out of the bowl to the inside, covering part of the pizza. You can place the form on foil because there is a risk that the filling will leak during baking.

Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for about 25-30 minutes.

When the finished cake has cooled a bit, remove the dish ring.

All you have to do is cut it into pieces and enjoy your work.

Enjoy your meal!
