Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 1 kg of flour, sifted in advance
  • 350 milliliters of warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 42 grams of may
  • 3 broken eggs

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 200 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt, pepper
  • butter about 20 grams

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour in a deep bowl and make a well in the middle, in which you pour the eggs and oil. Dissolve the yeast in the milk, add salt, sugar and pour the mixture. Make a dough and leave it to rise.

Divide it into equal balls and roll them out. Heat a little fat in a pan, cut the mushrooms, onions and fry them. Season with soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the liquid ingredients are reduced.

 

Cool the filling and spread it on the rolled crusts. Wrap each in the shape of a ball and arrange in a parchment-lined tray.

 

Grease the loaves with butter and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. When ready, wrap with a damp cloth, cool and serve. Break it up and eat with pleasure.
