Necessary products for 6 servings:

600 grams of puff pastry

1/2 cup hard grated yellow cheese

100 grams of white dried mushrooms

300 grams of butter

2 tsp wheat flour

1 egg

Method of preparation:

Spread the dough and bake it. Soak the mushrooms in 4 cups of cold water for 3 hours and then boil them in the same water. Allow the broth to evaporate, leave about 1 1/2 cups and cool. Dissolve the flour in 1/2 cup of cold broth. Cut the mushrooms, add the remaining broth, salt and dissolved flour. Boil the cream and cool it. Mix the butter with the egg and add the mushroom mixture. Cut the dough into 4 parts. Align, spread with cream and arrange the parts on top of each other. Sprinkle with crumbs of puff pastry and grated cheese.
