Required products :

  • 250 grams of mushrooms
  • 480 milliliters of hot water
  • 3 cubes of chicken broth
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 700 milliliters of fresh milk
  • salt, pepper
  • a few sprigs of parsley

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, put them in a pan, fill with water, add the broth cubes, chopped onions and place the dish on the stove. When the contents boil, reduce the temperature, close with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.

In another pan, melt the butter over medium heat, add the flour and stir. Next is the fresh milk, which you pour in a thin stream and stir constantly. The sauce should thicken.

When this happens, pour it over the mushrooms, stir, season with black pepper and salt.

Puree the soup and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
