Required products :
500 grams of mushrooms
1 onion
2 potatoes
150 grams of ham
2 cloves garlic
1 liter of meat broth (or chicken)
1 teaspoon high-fat cooking cream
3 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 4 pieces. Wash the mushrooms under cold water and also cut into equal parts. Peel an onion, chop finely and fry in hot oil until golden.
Bring the broth to a boil and add the prepared onion and chopped potatoes. Let everything boil for 15 minutes. Then pour the mushrooms, 5 minutes later remove the pan from the heat.
Then add the garlic, ham and grind everything with a blender.
Once you get a creamy consistency, put the cream in the soup, season with salt and pepper.
