Learn how to cook "Mushroom garnish with onion and soy sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

400-500 grams of fresh mushrooms
2 medium carrots
2 medium onions
40-50 milliliters of soy sauce (choose a saltier type)
60-80 milliliters of vegetable oil
1-1.5 tablespoons butter

Method of preparation :

Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, cut them lengthwise. Grate the carrots with a large grater and cut the onions into semicircles.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and stew the vegetables in it for about 12-14 minutes (until the carrots soften).

You can prepare mushrooms in one of the following ways:

- Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes;
- Pour in a small amount of hot oil, then add oil and fry (10 minutes is enough).

Grind the prepared mushrooms and vegetables, but do not puree them. Add soy sauce to the combination and taste. Add salt if necessary. Season with ground black pepper if desired.

You can serve as a side dish to fish or meat or just spread a slice of "pate".

Enjoy your meal!
