Required products :

  • 400 grams of mushrooms of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons broth (chicken)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 head old onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream (sourdough)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika (unpeeled)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)

Method of preparation :

Wash and clean the mushrooms, cut them into pieces. Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and fry the onion in it until soft (10-12 minutes). Stir constantly and 2 minutes before it is ready, add the garlic and a minute later the mushrooms.

Fry for about 5-7 minutes, the liquid in the pan will evaporate and the mushrooms will acquire a golden color.

Add the remaining butter to the mixture together with the red pepper and flour. After 2 minutes, start slowly pouring the milk first, followed by the broth. Stir until smooth.

Season with salt, soy sauce and pepper and let the soup simmer until the products are ready. One minute before removing from the heat, add the sour cream and stir.

Distribute in bowls or suitable deep plates, serve portions sprinkled with fresh dill, and a spoonful of sour cream and fresh bread are an ideal addition.

Enjoy your meal!
