Required products :
200 grams of fresh mushrooms
250 grams of butter
1 teaspoon Provencal spices
salt and pepper to taste
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Wash and cut the mushrooms into small pieces, then fry them until cooked in hot oil. Season with salt, pepper and Provencal spices, mix well, remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Beat the butter to a froth and add the mushrooms and spices, mix thoroughly. Form the resulting mixture into a mold, wrap in foil and store in the freezer to harden.
The mushroom oil is ready. You can use as intended :)
