Necessary products:
300 grams of mushrooms
250 grams of butter
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 sprigs of thyme
2 tablespoons cognac
1/2 lemon
parsley, tarragon - to taste
Method of preparation:
Heat some of the butter and fry the chopped onion in it until soft. Add garlic and thyme, fry for another 2 minutes. Cut the mushrooms, put them in the pan. Stew for 8 minutes on high heat (until soft). Then pour the cognac and the juice of half a lemon. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, remove from the heat and allow to cool. When this happens, remove the thyme sprigs, put the remaining oil, parsley, stir and distribute in molds.
Put the pate in the refrigerator for 2 days, after which you can eat it.
