How To Cook Mushroom Pate With Cream Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of mushrooms
1 large onion (you can use leeks)
200 grams of cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds
1 teaspoon olive oil a
pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Cut the mushrooms and fry them in olive oil, add finely chopped onions and leave on high heat for 15 minutes, the liquid will begin to separate. Add salt to taste and adjust the temperature according to the amount of liquid in the dish, stir periodically.
Stew until the products are ready, then drain the excess liquid (if any) and pour the mixture into a blender. Add the cream cheese, a pinch of ground black pepper, coriander and beat until a paste. Transfer to a jar and allow to cool.
