Method of preparation :
Peel and finely chop the mushrooms, fry them in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and remove on paper.
While cooling, cut the clove and remove the core. Separate the parsley leaves from the stalks.
Mix in a blender the mushrooms, parsley leaves, garlic, 40 milliliters of olive oil, ricotta, walnuts and grind everything until a paste.
Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Put the pate in a jar and then pour the remaining 10 milliliters of vegetable fat.
You can store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks in a closed jar.
