How To Cook Mushroom Pie With Cream Cheese, Cream And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of butter dough
  • 300 grams of fresh mushrooms of your choice
  • 1 onion
  • 30 grams of butter
  • fresh arugula leaves
  • 150 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 225 grams of cream cheese
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 stalk fresh thyme
  • a few sprigs of dill
  • 1 clove garlic

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare a pie tin, grease it and spread the dough. Remove the excess edges and set aside. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions and mushrooms.

Add the cream, cream cheese and season with salt, pepper, thyme, dill and garlic. Stir and cool the mixture.

Spread it in the dough and sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pie for 30-35 minutes. Cool, cut and serve, garnished with fresh arugula leaves.
