Learn how to cook "Mushroom porridge with onions and sour cream". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
350 grams of mushrooms
1 head of old onion
1 carrot
2 tablespoons flour
400 milliliters of water
3 tablespoons cream (sour)
oil for frying vegetables
black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Fry the chopped onion and grated carrot in hot oil.
Add the chopped mushrooms, season the mixture to taste.
Mix the flour with a little water to make a thick paste, then pour the rest of the liquid. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into the bowl with the mushrooms and vegetables, let everything simmer for 5 minutes.
Then add 3 tablespoons of sour cream, stir and leave the porridge on low heat for 2 minutes.
Then you can serve, decorated with fresh parsley or dill, for example.
