Learn how to cook "Mushroom salad with bacon and dried tomatoes". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of fresh mushrooms
500 grams of fresh white mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1-2 cloves garlic a
little fresh oregano or thyme (can be replaced with dried)
grains of black and red pepper
salt and freshly ground allspice
200 grams of bacon
1 teaspoon dried tomatoes
balsamic vinegar
Method of preparation :
Clean both types of mushrooms and cut them into pieces.
Finely chop the spices and garlic, put them in a bowl, pour olive oil, add peppercorns, salt and allspice to taste, stir the marinade.
Pour it over the mushrooms, mix them thoroughly. Bake them in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.
While they are cooking, cut the bacon and sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
Put a spoonful of butter, a little olive oil in a pan and fry the bacon for 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes after another 5 minutes and remove the products from the pan.
Pour a little balsamic vinegar on the prepared mushrooms and pour the bacon with the tomatoes.
The salad is ready. Serve it warm.
