Peel an old onion, chop it and fry in 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms (pre-cut, of course), season to taste with salt and pepper and cook until golden. Then remove on paper to absorb excess oil.
Boil the two eggs hard, cut them into small cubes. Turn the radishes into thin circles, chop the green spices finely.
Mix the eggs, radishes, mushrooms with onions and green spices in the salad bowl and add the corn kernels. Season with a dressing made from mustard and oil / mayonnaise, add more salt and pepper, if necessary, stir and serve.
