How To Cook Mushroom Salad With Canned Corn, Onion And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 600 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • head old onion
  • about 100 grams of canned corn (maybe more if you prefer)
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

  

Method of preparation :

Wash the mushrooms, cut them into cubes and fry in 1-2 tablespoons of oil for about 10 minutes. Season and add diced onions, add butter.

Put the cooled mushrooms in a flat plate and pour a little mayonnaise over them.

Pour the drained corn on them and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Garnish with parsley leaves and serve the salad.
