Required products :
350-400 grams of fresh mushrooms
1 onion onion
frying oil
150 grams of yellow cheese
300-400 grams of canned corn
salt and pepper to taste
mayonnaise to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the mushrooms, dry them and cut into tiles. Peel an onion and cut it into cubes. Fry it until soft in hot fat, then add the mushrooms and let them fry until done, stirring occasionally.
Transfer the mixture to a salad bowl, season to taste and add the corn. Add mayonnaise, grated cheese and stir.
The salad is ready, you can serve.
