How To Cook Mushroom Salad With Potatoes And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

150 grams of mushrooms

200 grams of potatoes

60 grams of yellow cheese

150 grams of cucumbers

2 tablespoons sour cream

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 onion

1 carrot

salt to taste

frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the mushrooms, dry them, chop and fry together with the chopped onion and grated carrot until done. Add salt to taste.

Boil the potatoes whole and unpeeled in salted water. When cool enough, peel and grate with a coarse grater.

Take a suitable plate and put a layer of potatoes in it, mushrooms on it, spread with a sauce of cream and mayonnaise, followed by a layer of grated cucumbers, then grated cheese and, of course, decoration of choice.

To shape easily and beautifully, you can use a suitable ring, with which the salad will acquire the correct shape.

Serve chilled.
