How To Cook Mushroom Salad With Potatoes, Olives And Eggs - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Mushroom salad with potatoes, olives and eggs". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • 100 grams of peas (canned)
  • 2 eggs (hard boiled)
  • 2 pickles
  • 2 carrots
  • olives to taste
  • green onions, dill, parsley
  • mayonnaise
  • oil


Method of preparation:

Boil eggs, carrots and potatoes, peel them when cool enough. Cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes, do the same with the eggs and pickles.

Fry the mushrooms in oil, add salt and mix with the other products you have already prepared. Finally, pour the canned peas, mix the ingredients, season with mayonnaise and put the salad in the refrigerator for a while.

Before serving, garnish with chopped feathers green onions, dill or parsley.
