Necessary products:

200 grams of mushrooms

1 large onion

150 grams of sour cream

oil

left

parsley

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and stew them in oil for 15 minutes with the lid closed so that the liquid does not evaporate (if the mushrooms seem very dry, add a little water). Then add the cream and stew for another 5-7 minutes. Remove from the heat, cool, sprinkle with parsley and beat with a blender until smooth.
