How To Cook Mushroom Sauce With Melted Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 mushrooms
  • 100-150 grams of melted cheese
  • onion head
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • a little black pepper and salt


Method of preparation :

Cut the mushrooms into pieces, finely grate the carrot, puree the onion or grate it as well.

Fry onions and carrots in oil. Once golden, add the mushrooms and salt. Fry the mushrooms until ready.

Bake the flour in a dry pan, it should brown.

Finely chop the garlic cloves, grate the melted cheese.

In the pan with the mushrooms, add the turmeric, black pepper to taste and pour water to cover the products with about a centimeter. Then gradually add the flour, stirring to avoid lumps.

Ten minutes later, the sauce will thicken a little. Then pour the melted cheese into it, put the garlic and stir until the cheese melts. Immediately remove the pan from the heat.

The sauce is served hot. It is a suitable addition to potato garnish or pasta.
