How To Cook Mushroom Skewers In Soy Sauce, Lemon And Garlic Marinade - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Mushroom skewers in marinade of soy sauce, lemon and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 300 grams of medium-sized mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons oil and soy sauce
  • dill to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic (or use dry, powdered)

 

Required products :

Do not wash the mushrooms, just wipe them, then put in a plastic bag.

Mix the red pepper with the finely chopped dill and the crushed garlic clove. Pour the spices over the mushrooms, pour in the oil, soy sauce and lemon juice.

Tie the package and shake it so that the mushrooms can taste. Leave them to marinate for 10-15 minutes and string on wooden skewers.

Arrange them in a pan and place in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 200-230 degrees.

The mushrooms turn out juicy and tasty, serve them immediately.

You could bake on charcoal or on the grill.
