How To Cook Mushroom Skewers With Yellow Cheese In Batter - Recipe

Required products :

100 grams of small mushrooms
100 grams of yellow cheese
1 egg
sesame
oil if desired oil

For the dough:

1 teaspoon fresh milk
2 teaspoons flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil
salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour with the milk and the egg. Add oil and salt to taste. Knead the dough and leave it for 15 minutes, then roll it out thinly and cut into long strips.

Fry the mushrooms in oil until golden brown. Cut the yellow cheese into mushroom-sized pieces. Then string the products on wooden skewers, alternating them.

Wet the strips of dough with water and wrap the skewers tightly with them. Brush their surface with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake the appetizer in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
