Required products :
3-4 large mushrooms
3 handfuls of buckwheat
2 potatoes
1 clove garlic
1 onion
1 carrot
1 tomato
oil
spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel onions and garlic, chop them finely and fry in hot oil. Then add sliced carrots to them, and a few minutes later the sliced mushrooms.
Peel a squash, grate it and put it in the bowl. Pour hot water and let it boil. When this happens, add peeled and diced potatoes, season to taste.
Finally, pour the buckwheat into the pan. Allow the soup to boil until all the products are ready.
Serve with sour cream.
