Learn how to cook "Mushroom soup with bulgur and cauliflower". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
250 grams of mushrooms, sliced
1/2 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
2 carrots
1/2 cauliflower divided into inflorescences
1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon bulgur
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 bay leaves
pinch cayenne pepper
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 1/2 liters vegetable broth (or water)
dill or parsley to serve
Method of preparation :
Heat the olive oil in a suitable saucepan, add the finely chopped onion and let it fry until golden (about 5 minutes).
Then add the chopped garlic, and 30 minutes later the mushrooms, which you fry for 3-5 minutes on high heat.
It's time for cauliflower and carrots - cut them too. Pour the broth over the vegetables and pour the bulgur. Add the bay leaves, salt, cayenne and black pepper.
Bring everything to a boil on high heat, then reduce the heat, close the pot with a lid and let the soup boil for 15-17 minutes until the bulgur and vegetables are ready.
