How To Cook Mushroom Soup With Chicken, Rice And Building - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 liters of chicken broth
  • 150 grams of boiled chicken
  • 50-60 grams of rice
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 200 grams of white fresh frozen mushrooms
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 50 grams of chopped sweet pepper
  • 1 egg
  • spices, including greens
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter and oil
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or sour cream if desired

  

Method of preparation :

Put the finely chopped peeled potatoes and rice in the boiling broth.

 

Stew onions and carrots in a mixture of butter and oil, then pour into the bowl with the other products.

Cut the tomatoes and peppers into small cubes, add them to the broth.

 

Wash the mushrooms and without thawing, pour into the pan.

 

The chicken is left, add it last, because it does not take much time to cook.

 

Beat the egg and pour it in a thin stream into the soup, which you sprinkle with fresh green spices of your choice and serve after 10-15 minutes with a spoonful of mayonnaise or sour cream in each portion.
