Cut the mushrooms into plates and fry in oil. Cut onions into cubes, grate carrots, fry them too.
Boil the rice in a large amount of water. When almost done, add the diced potatoes. After ten minutes, add the vegetables, mushrooms and wait for the mixture to boil again.
Then add the melted cheese, which you have previously grated (this will melt faster).
Finally season with salt, fresh green spices, pepper and the soup is ready.
You can cook it without rice.
