Learn how to cook "Mushroom soup with milk, white wine, dill and onion". Delicious recipe.

Required products (for 4 servings) :

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 200 milliliters of cooking cream
  • spices to taste
  • 200 milliliters of dry white wine
  • 500 grams of mushrooms of your choice (you can use both fresh and frozen, or a mix of both)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • 300 grams of onions
  • 150 milliliters of water
  • croutons

Method of preparation :

Cut onions into semicircles (if very large - into quarters), garlic - into tiles. Fry them in olive oil until golden (about 10 minutes).

If you use frozen mushrooms, defrost them. Cut the fresh ones into large pieces. Add to onion and garlic, season and stir.

Pour the wine and wait for it to boil. Then pour the water, close the container with a lid and cook the contents for 10-15 minutes.

Then add the milk and cream, boil the mixture again and turn off the stove.

Add the dill, taste the soup and season further if necessary.

I'll bring it up with the cooloni.

Have a good time!
